The size of the truck depends on the volume of your goods. We have a wide range of trucks like Tata 407, Mahindra Pickup, Eicher 14ft & 17ft, etc. we use the right size truck to fit in all your goods.
Velvet Logistics movers quote consists of our contact details, and your moving details like the number of moving goods, distance traveled, truck charges, labor cost, service charges, etc. with estimated charges for it.
Velvet Logistics uses only top-quality packing supplies like bubble wraps, carton boxes, corrugated shipping boxes, foam mold, plastic wraps, inflatable bags, canvas sheets, etc. to safely pack your goods.
To relocate within a city Velvet Logistics won’t take more than a day. The time differs based on the number of moving items, size of the house, amount of work involved. To shift a regular 1BHK house it will take 4-5 hours, 2BHK it will take 5-6 hours, & for 3BHK/bigger houses it will take 7-8 hours.
At Velvet Logistics we make sure that your goods will be delivered on time, but sometimes it may delay, long-distance relocation because of unexpected rains, natural disasters, bad roads, etc. You can track your goods through the tracking ID/link we have shared with you or contact our customer support team.
During long-distance relocation, any unexpected accidents, fire, natural disasters, etc. may happen, with insurance coverage your goods are safe. If any damage has happened during the move you can claim compensation, the compensation amount will be based on the insurance policy you have purchased.
You will have to submit photocopies of documents such as RC book, Insurance, Pollution Test, Owners ID proof & Owners self-declaration letter to us during shifting your vehicle.
You should not shift your valuables like jewelry, laptop, important documents, essential things, food items which may get spoiled, medicines, toiletries, flammables, paint, kerosine, etc. with packers & movers.
